My grandfather, Kalman Marki, was a clothing designer, stage director, actor and political activist. In the 1950s and 1960s he hosted a Hungarian language radio show in Miami, Florida. It was sponsored by the Hungarian Culture Club where he was a leader. Grandpa was a great promoter of Hungarian art, music, drama and culture.This album includes eight recordings of his favorite poetry in Hungarian. Listen now.
